As the Chief of Staff, I lead 4 major areas: Operations, HR, Marketing, and Logistics. I also support Finance, Sales, and manage any special projects when called on.
The core idea of my role with the company is to be a catch-all generalist who either can create a process from scratch or audit an existing one to make it better. I was the first non-engineering hire for the company.

- Supported finances for all inbound & outbound invoices (six figure balances)
- Shipped robot units internationally (into 2 countries)
- Incubated & executed on unique B2B marketing partnerships
- Led shipping & logistics for robot builds (procurement) & repair (parts delivery)

- Responsible for all AP/AR finance tasks.

QCC / Quayle Creative (2013 - Present)
Role: Founder & Consultant
QCC is an operations consultancy that focuses on turning ideas into reality through business operations. We primarily work with startups or small businesses (under $10M in annual revenue) that are looking to establish operations playbooks that will help them scale without the threat of crashing into pieces. Often times, we act as the #2 (COO or Chief of Staff style) in partnership with visionary leaders.
